Comfortable beds, friendly service, the breakfast selection was good for the price, providing a nice start to the day.

The shower area was dangerously slippery.

We truly enjoyed the spacious suite that exceeded all expectations, and the breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, making our stay very comfortable.

A warm pool after the park

After an exciting day at Kings Dominion, we loved relaxing in the warm pool. The room was spacious and clean, making it a great spot to unwind.

However, the door lock was wobbly, which made us feel uneasy at times. A sturdier lock would really improve the peace of mind.

It was just a great match for a city trip in Ruther Glen with high value for money. The breakfast room had a weird taste in the water, so I had to buy bottled water. If you need anything fixed, don’t expect much help from staff. they seemed overwhelmed.

Nice place for families

We stayed in a spacious suite for 3 nights, which was perfect for us. The breakfast was typical hotel fare but appreciated that it was included. The only bummer was the AC not keeping up – woke up a bit sweaty. Still, we’d def request this room on our next trip. Thanks again!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The location was perfect for our family trip! Enjoyed the spacious room and warm indoor pool. However, we found the beds quite firm for our liking. Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to avoid long waits!

I enjoyed the friendly staff who allowed us early check-in. The lobby and breakfast area were clean, and the waffle house next door offered delicious 24-hour food. Our suite had a nice shower, and there were no odors at all. However, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the floor needed shampooing. The couch cushions looked mismatched, and the pull-out bed was broken. In the bathroom, the countertop was coming loose, and the main door was missing the sliding lock. The cable TV was blurry, and the pool was too cold. I had to ask for towels before using the pool but was given extra ones. Overall, great staff but some maintenance issues need addressing.

Family with children finally get a break

Check-in was quick and the clerk was nice even helped us hook up to the Wi-Fi. The breakfast lady was super friendly & the food was decent, it made mornings easier, but we had to ask for new pillow cases because they were stained.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still fair considering the amenities.

The room was comfy with nice beds and pillows. Really plain though, and the bathroom could use an upgrade. The heating was super noisy too. It was clean enough, but I had to do some tidying up. The place was close to the highway, so you could hear some noise, but not too bad. Definitely no fancy vibes here, just a place to crash for the night.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. I appreciated how the room had plenty of space for our needs and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.

During my stay at Comfort Inn, I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of my room. A bit of a wait for breakfast but ample selection made it worthwhile. My only downside was the elevator, which felt unpredictable at times.
